Majestic AC - Residential HVAC Company in Spring, Texas

AC stopped cooling Saturday night. I called Majestic Air Sunday morning around 9am. They had someone out to my house by 2pm. The technician completed the repair (compacitor) in less than an hour.

Majestic Air was referred to me by a friend who has used them for many years for maintenance and for A/C work as needed. Their technician came out for my first service call today to conduct an annual maintenance check, and I could not be happier with their service and the entire experience.Their tech was pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, straightforward, proactive in identifying issues and offering solutions, and offered reasonable pricing. I signed up for bi-annual service and am delighted to find an A/C company I trust!

The Majestic Service Technician was professional, polite, and thorough. He communicated very well the work he was going to do and then the status of the air conditioning system when he finished.

Majestic send out actual kings! 👑 Had them come out and quote on a whole home dehumidifier for a new house. Sales guy, David W showed up on time, super professional and had the integrity to tell me that my plan is not good and wastes money. Proposed a better plan instead that saves me money. This mindset builds loyalty! Instead of focusing on a quick one-off sale they want to be your long-term go-to! Next step they sent an installation scout of sorts who went in the attic and did the technical sign off for the project. I respect companies who do this because it keeps the sales people in check. They can't sell stuff that's not technically feasible. The quotation was done instantly on an iPad they carry and the price was fair considering the cost of the unit plus the installation effort. I accepted it and we scheduled. On scheduling: all the people in the office there are on point and easy to deal with. Shout out to Shelbie 👑 Now the installers showed up. Also on time, clean, professional and polite. Did exactly what we had planned and used about half a day, as planned. This company walks the walk! I will use them for all HVAC stuff from now on.

Majestic is my go to dealer for HVAC repairs with two Trane units at home. High quality service at a reasonable fee. Typically get same day service too. Solid communication about arrival of service technician is always a bonus. A+++

Erick was super. He checked both my heating and cooling, installed a new filter in my attic, and sealed behind my thermostat. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Majestic AC to anyone who needs service. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Jason diagnosed my problem and did an excellent job making things right. Very thorough and communicated every step he took and had videos so I could see what he had done. Excellent. Highly recommend.

I had my annual furnace checkup today. Ricardo was on time and very courteous. He did a very thorough inspection of my 2 furnaces, documented everything with pictures and emailed the summary and pictures to me along with his suggestions. I would highly recommend Majestic for any hvac work that you need done.

Our technician Ricardo Cruz with Majestic A/C successfully diagnosed our furnace-not-working problem was very knowledgeable about repair and replacement options when answering our questions. So far so good … still waiting on cost estimates.

I am so happy to write a positive review for Majestic!!!! They were wonderful. Erick came out at the last minute on a late Friday afternoon. He was polite (didn’t act like he was inconvenienced at all). He was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong and how he could fix it!!!! Majestic is my absolute GO TO for heating/cooling issues.

Replacement of defective cooling evaporator was done efficiently and in a timely manner! Both technicians (Jorge & Axel) are very good at their job plus they have excellent personalities in which to speak with. This problem has existed for close to 4 months when the AC unit failed in August, but finally manufacturer shipped warranty evaporator to resolve the problem! Can’t blame ‘Majestic’ for inefficiencies in Mitsubishi mfg service, but with Debbie’s indicative approach, we got the AC back up and running before Christmas! Appreciate all direct communications therein. Cost for warranty work was expected and not too bad! Will certainly use Majestic again when AC PROBLEMS in home become prevalent? Thanks to all for a job well done…appreciated fully!

Ricardo is the BEST!! Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough! We have used Majestic A/C over 15 years and they always have the best technicians but Ricardo is the best ever!

I contacted Majestic Air and not only did they come out the same day, but Enrique was very knowledgeable and noticed that the new thermostat was not wired correctly. As soon as he wired the TStat correctly the heater started working. This company is amazing and have real service repairman that don’t try to sell you anything. So, if you want good AC service please contact Majestic Air.

They installed a variable speed ac unit in our home 3 years ago. Since then they came twice a year for maintenance. I had been very pleased both for installation and their maintenance program. They have reasonable prices and they show up on time. Definitely recommended!!

My AC went out on a Thursday night. Friday morning I started calling local AC repair companies. Majestic was the first to answer. Matthew was at my house by 2:30 pm and the AC was up and running again by 3:30pm. I was told by co-workers to expect a bigger bill as they had recently had the same type of repair. My bill was less than half what I was expecting and the part came with a 5 year warranty. The customer service over the phone and the professionalism of the technician were top notch! Will be using this company for any future maintenance request!
